This program, “Films by – for – About Women” is a project of ClifBar/LunaBar. The six films in the program were selected from more than 150 submissions, and films by several local filmmakers will also be included on the bill. The traveling program includes the short films “Grrlyshow” by Kara Herold, “Janey Van Winkle” by Casey Suchan, “Personal Touch” by Aminah Bakeer Abdul-Jabbaar, “Psalm 51” by Kris Barberg, “Dear Judge” by Kris Barberg, and the animated “Boobie Girl” by Brooke Keesling, who will also be in attendance. A party will be held afterward. Proceeds from the event will be donated to The Breast Cancer Fund.
