Mark the 30th anniversary of Roe v. Wade with this screening of a docuemntary about a Bedford, N.H., doctor whose unwavering commitment to women’s comprehensive health care has had a detrimental effect on his career and family life. Obstetrician and gynecologist Wayne Goldner performs abortions in his private practice and taught an abstinence-based sex education class in the public schools until irate parents and taxpayers had him removed from that gig. Despite threats to his family and himself, Goldner refuses to back down. The filmmakers will be present for a Q&A following the movie.
