Directed by Hou Hsiou-Hsien, Narrated by , Voices by , Starring Ack Kao, Hsu Kuei-Ying, Lim Giong, Annie Shizuka Inoh.

With this film, director Hou moved his focus from the countryside to the loud, fast chaos of suburban Taipei. The story looks at a circle of friends and their blunted entrepreneurial attempts and ambitions.
