No badge required to take in these four festival buzz films: gospel showcase Rejoice & Shout; Monsters, “a slice of slyly sweet monster-movie agitprop” (according to the Chron’s in-house authority on monster movies, Marc Savlov); the UK beastie film Outcast; and the locally shot (but Brit-directed) horror film Red White & Blue, which Alamo head honcho Tim League executive produced.
