Limboland: Film & Video by Bjørn Melhus is a selection from 11 years of work by artist Bjørn Melhus. Melhus was included in the 1999 Venice Biennale, and is touring throughout the U.S. with this program. Limboland is a chronological journey through different realities in which the narratives suggest a desire to pass from the suspension of non-being into being. Included are “Toast” (1986), “Cornflakes” (1987), “America Sells” (1990), “Jetzt” (1993), “Ich Weiss Nicht Wer Das Ist” (1991), “Weit Weit Weg” (1995), and “No Sunshine” (1997).
