It’s that time again: The first City Council candidates forum (that we know of, at least) is going down tonight, courtesy of the fine folks at the Austin Neighborhoods Council.

The ANC is known for their lengthy candidate questionnaires, and on their website right now, you can find responses from Place 1 candidate Chris Riley, Place 3 contenders Kris Bailey, Max Nofziger, Randi Shade and Kathie Tovo, and Place 4’s Laura Morrison and Eric Rangel. Unsurprisingly, questions about maintaining property values growth and planning lead the questions, but the thorough set encompasses budgeting, economic development, transportation and lots more.

The ANC’s City Council Candidates Forum is happening tonight at the Austin Energy Building, 721 Barton Springs, with Place 1 debate occurring from 6-7pm; Place 2 from 7-8pm; and Place 4 from 8-8:45pm.
