Austin Creative Industries Ambassador Program: Creative Community to Participate in Open Panel Discussion
On Wednesday, March 2, 2011 Austins creative community will participate in an open panel discussion about developing an Austin Creative Industries Ambassador program. The ambassador program will provide local talent opportunities to gain experience and expand their consumer base while promoting Austin on a national and international scale. The discussion will take place at the Gibson Guitar Showroom (3601 South Congress, Ste. G400).
It is important to understand that local artists and musicians are small, independent businesses of their own, said Council Member Laura Morrison. The ambassador program will provide our local talent opportunities to gain experience and expand their consumer base while promoting Austin on a national and international scale.
