City Council convenes today to one hell of a pre-hiatus agenda: Formula One, and a social service overhaul for starters, although how much actually gets decided today is anybody’s guess. The Hustle will do his best to tweet the proceedings. Good luck, and don’t do anything I wouldn’t do!
