Spring Austin Partners will unveil the marketing center for the Spring Condominiums on Wednesday, December 6, from 5:30 to 8:30. The marketing center located at 701 Rio Grande will feature floorplans, finishes, and views from the Spring Condominiums, a 400 foot point tower to be constructed at Third and Bowie Streets. Ground breaking for the tower is planned for the first quarter of 2007.
