So, the award-winning public sculpture at City Hall, 3 Sheep, has moved from the ground floor to right outside the city manager’s office. Now the ground floor’s prominent animal art are these two awesome, ornate monkey statutes (unfortunately, there’s no artist info on the City Hall art page).
