Ready to rock the weekend with a new furry friend?

On Saturday, May 28, from noon to 7pm, the Austin Humane Society will be hosting an cat adoption party. That’s right folks: It’s time for Austin Kitty Limits (with headliners Stevie “Whiskers” Wonder and Pawnye West – cute, right?).

In preparation for the cat adoption catstravaganza the AHS is transferring more than 40 kittens from the Town Lake Animal Center foster program to join more than 50 kitties currently in the AHS foster program who are all now ready to find their forever homes. The adoption fee for kittens will be lowered to just $5; each kitten will be spay/neutered, vaccinated, and ready to rock. (Prefer to adopt a full-grown cat? No worries: Thanks to Fresh Step litter, adoption fees will be waived for any cat one year and older.)
