He might be the governor of Texas and the next president of these United States, but he’s still Junior to some state employees. At least that’s the indication from recent legal papers filed by the Attorney General’s office in the ongoing whistleblower lawsuit brought by former Texas Funeral Service Commission executive director Eliza May. In a legal brief filed last month, Robert O’Keefe, an attorney with the AG’s office, responded to a list of questions from May’s attorneys. In a list of state personnel who may be testifying in the case, O’Keefe listed “George W. Bush Jr., Governor of the State of Texas.” For the record, one more time, the governor’s father, the former president, is George H.W. Bush.
