After nearly 25 years, the University of Texas is reopening its Tower observation deck for visitors on Wednesday, Sept. 15, as part of the university’s 116th birthday celebration. Festivities begin at 11:50am on UT’s South Mall and continue through the day; call 471-3151 for details.
