At a media roundtable Tuesday, Capital Metro interim president/CEO Doug Allen passed out copies of public service announcements that the agency will be airing on local TV warning the public to stay off the tracks. We’ll take that as a sign of confidence that Cap Metro really is about to get this thing rolling. Raise the arm four whole notches.
