Testing of MetroRail�s afternoon schedule was to begin Monday, so I hung out at my neighborhood station (Crest�view) to see if the trains made good time.

The first train still hadn�t arrived 30 minutes after its scheduled arrival, and I was then told that surveying work going on simultaneously had pushed things back, so I headed home.

We�ll take that as a bad sign.

The arm stays down.
