Fred Gilliam retired from Cap Metro last week, and no one seems to be shedding any tears over it. We’ll take that as a good sign and raise the arm just a notch – but at the same time, we’re going to mothball “MetroRail Watch” for a while, since transit officials said we shouldn’t expect to see any MetroRail movement until the first quarter of 2010, at best. We’ll check back in as developments occur.
