Cap Metro said Monday that it’s still working on those computer and signalization issues, and that now we’ll be boarding the train in the first quarter of 2010 – at best. Frankly, a new target date doesn’t give us much reason to raise the arm – we’ve been down that track before.
Current Cap Metro CEO and President Fred Gilliam won’t be around to see it – word came on Wednesday that he’s resigning, effective mid-October.
