The ACLU-TX Central TX chapter is inviting all community advocates who have been following the search for the new City Manager and have serious concerns about the lack of a public process to date to collectively speak to press prior to the event, at 5:15pm at the site of the forum (inside the Palmer Events Center).

Or maybe you’d rather be at Lee Leffingwell’s campaign kick-off party at – where else – Nuevo Leon? (Leffingwell’s speaking at 6:30, BTW.)

Either way, no shortage of options for the local wonk tonight.
