A man was pronounced dead this morning after falling or jumping from a parking garage near the Frost Bank Tower. The block around the tower’s Brazos Street exit has been blocked off as police investigate. Preliminary reports that the tower was evacuated and that the man took off a backpack before making the jump have not been substantiated.
