Appropriately, the latest entry turns back the clock to the decade of Roe vs. Wade and the Equal Rights Amendment, providing a timely update on the Schoolhouse Rock! classic “I’m Just a Bill.” This time around, our protagonist is working his way through the democratic process with a bit more ambivalence.
