May 23, 2013: Placed on restricted duty for “alleged policy violations.”

June 17, 2013: Files first complaint with city of Austin Human Resources.

Aug. 7, 2013: Files first complaint against APD with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Sept. 2, 2013: Sent home on restricted duty.

Sept. 26, 2013: Notice of Fit­ness-for-Duty test.

Nov. 13, 2013: Suspended eight days for Failure to Know and Comply and for Neglect of Duty.

May 28, 2014: Ruled fit for duty after three separate clinical consultations.

June 16, 2014: Entered into Returning Officer Program.

June 23, 2014: Sent back home after being charged with insubordination.

Sept. 5, 2014: Appeal hearing for eight-­day suspension.

Oct. 30, 2014: Suspended indefinitely from the Austin Police Department.
