The Totescast said good day, sir! Lotsa action afoot at City Hall as fallout continues from the KeyPoint report – David Smith‘s retirement, more questions for Marc Ott and a controversial collection of po-po Mad Libs.

This Thursday’s City Council meeting isn’t exactly a respite from controversy either – topics include Austin’s “fusion center” proposal, taxi franchise extensions for Austin Cab and Yellow Cab, and, in the shadow of the KeyPoint fiasco, Marc Ott’s annual performance review by council. Jordan Smith and Wells Dunbar are standing by with the tourniquets.
