Complaint Filed Against Meeker

At press time, the Chronicle learned that former political consultant and lobbyist Mike Blizzard – who says he’s a supporter of City Council Place 1 incumbent Lee Leffingwell but not affiliated with his re-election campaign – has filed a complaint with the Texas Ethics Commission against Leffingwell’s challenger Jason Meeker and Meeker’s former campaign treasurer Rick Culleton.
