The Texas Secretary of State’s office is showing Donna Campbell with a huge lead in the Congressional District 25 race over incumbent Lloyd Doggett, but Travis County (the one with the most votes) shows Doggett with a huge lead. Presumably the state hasn’t received Travis’ totals yet. My estimate: Campbell has about 43K votes, Doggett 52K.
