That’s what the Campaign to End the Death Penalty wants to see Travis Co. District Attorney Ronnie Earle do with the two remaining yogurt shop murder suspects — Michael Scott and Robert Springsteen — who are still awaiting retrial for the grisly 1991 quadruple murder.
