The Court of Criminal Appeals this morning issued an opinion denying relief to death row inmate Rodney Reed. The court said Reed “failed to prove” that prosecutors suppressed evidence in his case and that he had “failed to meet the requisite, gateway standard of innocence — showing that it is more likely than not that no reasonable juror would have convicted him in light of the new evidence not presented at trial.”
