Due to a misunderstanding on my part, I incorrectly reported both on this blog and in print that the Wal-Mart courtroom battle pitting Responsible Growth for Northcross against the city of Austin and Lincoln Property Co. was supposed to end Thursday. In fact, closing arguments are to begin at 9am Friday, with each side getting 45 minutes. I regret the error.
