Did Bill Clinton give you a call this weekend? Then you must live within the boundaries of Congressional District 10 and have not voted yet. The former prez recorded an announcement urging voters to help Democrat Larry Joe Doherty oust incumbent Republican Michael McCaul. The message may be heard here.
