According to SCOTUSblog, the Supremes have declined to intervene in the case of Heliberto Chi, the Honduran national scheduled for execution this evening.

That means Chi’s last hope is Gov. Rick Perry who has the power to issue a 30-day reprieve.

I bet we can all guess how this will turn out.
