In anticipation of freezing rain overnight, the Austin Independent School District has made the early call to pull the plug on all operations tomorrow.

In a press release sent out just after 6pm, AISD announced:

“All Austin ISD campus and district offices will be closed Thursday, March 5, based on the most up-to-date information from the National Weather Service and central Texas superintendents.

“All classes and extracurricular activities are cancelled.”
