• The city is holding a series of public forums to discuss parking issues facing downtown Austin, South Congress, and the 11th/12th streets corridor. The first forum will be held tonight, Thursday, Jan. 13, at 6pm in Room 104, Waller Creek Center, 625 E. 10th. For more information, call the city at 499-2220.
  • The Austin Parks Foundation is asking for public input on the city’s final plans for the Colorado River Park in Southeast Austin from 6:30-9pm on Tuesday, Jan. 18, in the Colorado Room at Palmer Auditorium.
