From SXSW:

South by Southwest just announced they are down to their last few $129 wristbands, but will keep selling them online at wristband.sxsw.com until 9pm tonight. Tomorrow (Tuesday) at noon, 500 more will go on sale online for $165 to Austin residents only. You may purchase up to two wristbands – one for yourself and one for a friend whose name and email you must provide at the time of purchase. The name on the credit card must be one of the wristband users. Wristbands may be picked up at the Austin Convention Center during the event and will need to be attached at the time of pick-up. All purchasers must use a credit card with a local billing address.
