I won’t tease you by saying that Roky Erickson (r) played a delightful acoustic set at his birthday benefit last Sunday. I will report, however, that the 13th Floor Elevator seemed to be in fine health and finer spirits, and enjoyed chatting with fans and signing autographs for a couple of hours before heading home with his brother Sumner and son Jegar.
