Tony Harrison’s smooth swing wouldn’t generally rise above the standard for dance hall acts, except he originally hails from London. That means his accent on Texas is acquired, but in all the right ways. Local all-stars Redd Volkaert, Karen Biller, and Herb Steiner give his cocktail country (“More,” “Mack the Knife”) a retro charm.
