“Salt and Sea” Led by Voxtrot guitarist Mitch Calvert, this local quartet syncs up to a taut but less strident Ted Leo (“Flashes”), replete with Strokesian riffage, particularly the waterfall of riff opening “Salt and Sea,” which combines luminous six-string pools and rousing drum-march clusters.
