A former drum/guitar duo, the Lord Henry arrives, via Dallas, just a few years shy of the dance-rock revival. “Is This Legal” recalls the Rapture and Bloc Party, while “Fire on 42nd Street” matches up with What Made Milwaukee Famous and the Lemurs. Problem is only half of Zoo Palace sounds like 2004, while the rest varies between pleasant, Beatles-esque acoustic jingles (“Jilina”) and slower, tenser numbers like “Loss of Love Says Hi.” **
