Prom Nite
… Thanks for the Words
With a dank and dark discotheque clash that bounces between the glitz of Ghostland Observatory’s Paparazzi Lighting and Single Frame’s Body/End/Basement, Prom Nite could be the house band for KVRX’s annual prom. The Gang of Four-derived jangle of “Monastery” and “Gash” screams spiked punch, while “One-Ninety-Two” is that inevitable last song for the couples, except more jaded and schizophrenic. Electrothrash “Braindead” and “The Office” would both look good on the dance floor. A promising debut EP. ![]()
