What a tease! Local rock quartet Magnet School is huge. Not in Japan, but on album. Layers of hooks and chorused guitar interrupt jagged beat and rhythm until it explodes beautifully. With this three-song EP, Mark Ford, Michael J., Brandon Tucker, and Jason Ferguson provide a glimpse into what they do: magnetize, throb, and cover Swervedriver (“Never Lose That Feeling”).
