Local “21st century vaudeville noir” troupe Bellevue Jubilee is more of a Broadway musical than a rock band. The six-member troupe led by Waitsian throat Ken Burchenal (aka V.K. Mountebone) and Masonic singer Eryn Gettys (Miss Kitty Wompus) plays in character, sings corny songs, and dresses in costume.
