Surviving the near-death experience of Hurricane Katrina, Crescent City’s Suplecs vent swamp-metal spleen on the trio’s fourth LP, mainstays Danny Nick and Durel Yates indicting a corrupt and bulbous “FEMA Man” (“FEMA man turns his back on me, well, I guess that’s expected.
