Horns thrown by backwater metal neglects become international routine begging for more of Steve Harris sound-checking “Wrathchild” in Mumbai, India, and a second DVD of red-hot complete performances mimics 1980s MTV live metal vids strung together less in concert than the sold-separately CDs. High altitude and base repression stain “Run to the Hills” in Colombia.
