Glaswegian instrumentalists slipcase their seminally tensile 1997 debut with a second CD of odds and sods (Spacemen 3 tribute “Honey”), including live torrents of biblical album bookends “Like Herod” and enormous theological quandary “Mogwai Fear Satan.” New world soundscapes, but no new ground in their reappraisal.
