Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town/Frosty the Snowman(Rhino)

Here’s something different: the complete soundtracks of two classic animated Christmas television shows, 1969’s Frosty the Snowman and 1970’s Santa Claus Is Comin’ to Town on one CD. Among the memorable songs are Santa Claus narrator Fred Astaire’s “Santa Claus Is Comin’ to Town” and Frosty narrator Jimmy Durante’s take on the title tune. Animation fans will be fascinated by the accompanying booklet detailing both productions and the men responsible for them, Arthur Rankin and Jules Bass.
