For almost 40 years, Ted Roddy has paid serious homage to the late Elvis Presley. He gathers  a full ensemble – complete with backing vocalists, horns, and other instrumentation – twice annually to honor Elvis. This edition of his long-running tribute show sees Ted Roddy’s King Conjure Orchestra run through various Elvis hits two days after his birthday. Marti Brom starts the night alongside Rosie & the Rattleshakes.

These Asheville prog rockers fuse funk, metal, and soul into an interesting blend. Local progressive fusion trio DODO opens.

Singer-songwriters Amy Atchley, Jessica Healey, and Beth Lee collaborate for a songwriters-in-the-round type of event. Healey and Lee both released new music last year: Healey dropped her debut EP tryhard back in October, while Lee released her new single “Figured Out” last month.

Thursday 15, Valhalla

A night of underground hip-hop from local MCs is headlined by JAIZE, who released his new EP JAIZETAPE1 last month. Support includes boom bap lyricist Natethemosaic (SOMETHING FROM ABOVE), FreeBloo&theFreak member Kardinal Bloo, and beatmaker Blkstxne.
