Four Reasons to Love the Ark

• The best SXSW spe-cific lyric to date: “Austin is a goldmine for rock city wankers.”

• When most bands say they have a question for you, they ask: “Are you ready to rock?” Not the Ark. They ask: “Do you believe in free will?”

• The cutest girl in the whole place – the purple-bicycle-riding girl – was the one rocking the hardest during “One of Us Is Gonna Die Young.”

• They are still playing twice more during SXSW. Best. Band. Here. (So far.)
