Well, the Austin Moose Lodge No. 1735 will still stand, but its days as a live venue for our town’s more amorphous acts are coming to an end.
Lisa Cameron of ST 37 and Venison Whirled is curating one last blast tonight, summed up as “a schizo mix of harsh noise from Vancouver, some locals, and hip-hop.”
The lineup features Ohio’s MC Homeless and Being, North Carolina’s Greenlander and Richard Benjamin, Canadians Taskmaster and Rusalka, Michigan’s Paranoid Time, and Texas weirdos Riddleore, Breakdancing Ronald Reagan, and Sex Bruises. Starts around 9pm.
