Sure, bringing a knife into a bar is usually frowned upon, but this Saturday, July 31 at Hole in the Wall, a few locals test the limits of drinking and brandishing.

Mobile sharpeners Knife Party! – two members of local band Salesman – are all about the blade, and also have an Etsy store where they refashion knives confiscated at Austin-Bergstrom into one-of-a-kind objets d’art. The sharpening happy hour goes 6-9pm, then Flatcar Rattlers, Jungle Rockers, and Salesman perform.

Dying to bring in that machete to be sharpened? This is a bar and all, so please limit your weapons to pocket knives only.
