Los Lobos

Live at the Fillmore (Hollywood)

The lil’ ol’ band from East L.A. prowls the S.F. rock shrine on their 30th anniversary tour. The set leans heaviest on 2004’s The Ride, ’02’s Good Morning Aztlan, and seldom-performed rarities “How Much Can I Do?” from debut EP … And a Time to Dance and the never-recorded “Mexico Americano,” originally cut by Texans Los Pinguinos del Norte. With Louie Perez up front on guitar, the Lobos have little trouble locking into their patented earthy Latin groove. Bonus doc Imported From East L.A. checks the band into their hotel and sorts through backstage passes.
