Dave “Grateful Dave” Moynihan: Founder of Dallas’ Lone Star Dead, the longest-running GD radio show in existence.

Turk Pipkin: Activist/author/filmmaker/juggler who performed in mostly unofficial capacities at GD shows throughout the Seventies and Eighties.

Woody Roberts: Austin music/radio/marketing veteran who had an office at Manor Downs.

Jay Trachtenberg: KUTX deejay and longtime GD fan who was present at both Ron “Pigpen” McKernan’s and Jerry Garcia’s final shows.

Eddie Wilson: Armadillo World Headquarters founder and owner of Threadgill’s, who first met Jerry Garcia in the early Seventies on a business trip to California.
