Is this beautiful, or is this beautiful?

Watertrade, that intimate Japanese-style cocktail bar attached to Otoko, is running a pop-up series for Women’s History Month.

Is this beautiful, or is this beautiful?

Every Tuesday – a day they’re normally closed – pairs Watertrade’s resident bartender, Nadia Hernandez, with another local, legendary lady bartender to shake up some fancy cocktails using only the woman-led breweries, wineries, and tea farms on the menu.

This will happen from 6-8pm on every Tuesday in March, yes, except for March 15.

(A little something else is going on in town that week, we hear.)

This monthlong spirited wonderment will be a walk-in event only, so it’s a great chance to enjoy the bar in an intimate setting, and they’ll have some food available, too. Most importantly for your quaffing pleasure, here’s who will be collaborating with mixologist Hernandez:

March 1: Danae Paskero of Frazier’s and Red Rose
March 8: Tacy Rowland, former general manager of Midnight Cowboy
March 22: Erin Ashford, beverage director of Olamaie
March 29: Whitney Hazelmyer, the original opening bartender for Otoko

And, lest we forget to mention: Watertrade has the largest Japanese whiskey, spirit, shochu, and sake selection in Texas.

Kanpai, y’all!
